It’s a beautiful day for all my comic and beer nerds out there. Not sure why today is the day I chose to finally start a little Wolverine Wednesday fiesta on the blog … but here we are! The x-men gods just spoke to me so I made it happen! Would that be Apocalypse? Anyways, Starting today I’m going to try to consistently bring you all a banging Wolverine collectible to the blog. Whether it’s a comic book, Funko item or some random collectible I have sitting around I’ll make sure to show it off.
Today’s we of course had to start with a comic and this week’s issue is X-Men United #1. Not just any X-Men united because we’ve got the Skottie Young Variant cover showing off an incredible Professor Logan giving his class the SNIKT 101. It doesn’t get much better than that.
It’s not just Logan’s wolverine in this x-men issue either so it brings Wolverine Wednesday to the max with some Laura Kinney in the mix trying to lay a can of whoop ass on Logan. Gotta show X-23 some love always!
Today’s beer pairing as you can see was just a good ol fashioned PBR for a quick mid-day crush. Did I mix some Aperol in it? Maybe … don’t just … I was feeling spicy this fine hump day.
