The Brewing Project: Barrel Aged S’morror – Imperial Double Milk Stout – Imperial Stout w/ chocolate, Graham cracker, and marshmallow which sat at 12.9% as said the sharpie writing on this beautiful bomber. We actually sipped this bad boy in a flight when we were in Wisconsin and loved it. Hence, we drove this bottle all the way back with us from Eau Clair in November and finally opened it for this glorious episode. I actually think I liked it even more in the bomber after sitting in the fridge for a few months. Just delightful.

(I Rated it a 4.25) It’s Untappd overall rating is (4.07)

Boiler Brewing Co. – Triple Galaxy That – Triple New England Hazy IPA – Galaxy for days, galaxy for weeks- a triple Galaxy hazy for the hop head Galaxy geeks. An incredible 10+% hazy for all the beer nerds out there. Was actually quite a solid follow up after slamming that barrel aged stout. The classic hazy taste I needed and not too crazy strong tasting even though it was over 10%. Straight silky and smooth.
