Safe to say that this show is a whole lot different in comparison. Or there could be a lot more to come in season 2 with people like the Two-Face! Knotted Root Brewing: Mild Pork Roll Egg & Cheese SPK – Pork Roll, Egg and Cheese, SPK” is an Unfiltered Triple IPA. Brewed with a gooey base of flaked oats, chit malt, and white wheat, we hopped this savory liquid with Citra, Motueka, and Riwaka with a touch of vanilla. It’s cautiously inspired by the “other” brand of our favorite New Jersey delicacy. We grew up with Taylor Ham, but there is no denying this is Pork Roll. Think Trenton tomato pie, Donkey’s Place, and savory breakfast sandwiches.

Hop Butcher Brewing: Back Yard Party Peacharine, Nectarine & Mosaic-Hopped Doub.e IPA: Out of Bedford Park Illinois and Chicago Illinois. Hop Butcher is for sure one of my favorite breweries out there and is most def on the top of the list spots to visit one day. Maybe we’ll swing through on another Wisconsin trip or something.
