Welcome to the Drunk History of the life and legacy of Laura Kinney AKA X-23

Join us as we explore Laura’s origins as a mutant assassin created by the Facility using Wolverine’s DNA. We’ll uncover the tragic story of geneticist Sarah Kinney, who defied her superiors and became Laura’s surrogate mother, only to pay the ultimate price to help her escape. We’ll also discuss how Laura, initially forged as a lethal weapon, evolved into a respected member of the mutant community, taking on the mantle of Wolverine in honor of her father.

From her time at the Xavier Institute and her role in X-Force, to her recent romantic relationship with Synch and her adventures in the Vault, we cover it all.

Plus, we’ll chat about her new life in the X-Men’s Treehouse in New York City and her bond with her newfound sister, Gabby. Her story was most definitely one of the wildest and most messed up one yet. Deadpool might have been weird and wild but what Laura Kinney has to go through is just straight messed up. Repeated deaths and so much more. That’s why this episode had to go into two parts. Really it should have been 4 since I know a lot of people won’t sit through a straight hour of nerd stuff. But Hey! We hope YOU do!

Hop Butcher: Blazed Green Relish Hazy IPA: Citra, Sabro & Strata-Hopped Double India Pale Ale. Almost everything hop butcher I absolutely love. If you are a big hazy lover you have to get anything you ever find from Hop Butcher. You won’t be disappointed.

And I’m sorry but for some reason only took a picture of the Hop Butcher. My bad, apparently it was the only one I felt worthy of posting about. Did I mention It was 8%? What a slapper.
